John Baier, CLU, ChFC, CLF, MSFS has 35 years of experience as a Managing Partner and has served as a company executive. As Managing Partner, he built a basically scratch agency into one of the premier agencies in the world. Baier was the 2013 inductee into the GAMA International Hall of Fame, the highest distinction in the financial services industry.
John Baier is the founder and CEO of Baier Consulting International and cofounder and Chairman of 25 Point Systems Inc.
John has more than four decades of experience in the insurance industry. He was a managing partner for New York Life for 35 years also served as Executive Director for Seguros Monterrey New York Life in Mexico. A well-rounded strategic planner, he excels at recruiting within the financial services industry. He also spends his days coaching, consulting, overseeing operations, and business development. He attributes his success to his systems, hard work, training, experience, and business acumen.
As a company executive, John coached high-level industry leaders, ran a program to increase MDRT membership, and took his company from ranking 33rd in membership to 14th in one year.
He instituted project retention and increased third prior retention by 3.2 percentage points in one year. During this period, he ran the Agency Channel of Distribution, increasing the number of sales and proactive agents by 33 percent over the prior year.
John started his professional journey in the US Army as an artillery officer in 1972. He stayed active in the military for more than a decade in the National Guard. He commanded the Artillery Battery that was recognized five consecutive years with the Eisenhower Trophy for being the best unit in New Jersey. During his time in the reserves, John worked as a full-time insurance agent and then as a second-line manager. He steadily worked his way up the industry's ranks and became a Managing Partner with New York Life in 1981.
John has earned numerous awards and accolades for his work. He was inducted into GAMA International's Hall of Fame and was named Underwriter of the Year in the financial services industry by New Jersey Life Underwriters. Also, he was honored with the Soaring Eagle Award by Kinder Brothers and the First in Class Award from New York Life, and he was named a Lifetime Member of the New York Managers' Roundtable.

John is a past president of GAMA International and a past chairman of the Joint MDRT, GAMA Mentoring Council.
John earned a master's degree in financial services from The American College and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Seton Hall University. Outside his professional endeavors, he serves on the board of directors of Team Walker, and he enjoys boating and golfing.
Gary Bennett became the CEO and chairman of Seguros Monterrey New York Life in November 2014 following successful roles across Asia, the United States and Australia. He initially joined New York Life in 2004 as President & CEO of its Hong Kong life insurance operation, and for the past decade has held company positions including CEO for India and CEO for Greater China. Mr. Bennett served as the Regional CEO and Vice Chair of New York Life International in Asia during the Strategic realignments of New York Life’s international insurance business. Prior to joining SMNYL, he ran his own consulting business.
Mr. Bennett is currently responsible for setting the overall strategic vision for SMNYL, and strengthening and developing talent across the leadership team. Working closely with the senior leadership team in Mexico, he has helped the operation capitalize on opportunities in the region, while achieving sustainable, profitable growth.
An insurance veteran with more than 35 years in the insurance industry, including two decades in Asia, Mr. Bennett has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility with a number of companies in Australia and across Asia Pacific, including Prudential Corporation Asia and CMG Asia.
Involvement with LIMRA, leadership roles in life industry associations, Chambers of Commerce and Amcham and Austcham has enabled him to influence SMNYL’s position in the industry and its business relationships in every market.
Mr. Bennett joined the Vivo Mobile Advisory Board in May 2017.
Jack currently serves as Vice President for North America with the 25 Point System Organization.
Jack has a history of Success within the Financial Services Industry for over 35 tears. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for The American College of Financial Services for over 15 years. In this capacity, Jack was responsible for the Marketing, Sales and Service of The Colleges Educational and Training Programs in the US and abroad.
In addition, Jack worked with Prudential Financial Services for 19 years. He began his career as an Agent and served as a Recruiter, Managing Partner and Regional Vice President. During this time, Jack was awarded many Company and Industry Awards.

Sussil's journey began at CEYLINCO LIFE, Sri Lanka’s largest insurance company, where he started as a sales consultant at just 20 years old. His exceptional performance led to rapid promotions, including Executive in Charge of a new branch at 22. He subsequently rose to Senior Sales Executive and Assistant Regional Sales Manager due to his skills in sales, recruitment, and team building. Prior to his time at New York Life, New Jersey General Office, Sussil also worked with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) in the USA, where he was recognized as a Superstar and Top Disability Income Product Producer in 2008. Having lived in both Shanghai and Mexico City, Karina brings an understanding of the dynamics of both the Asian and Latin America markets.
Karina Li joined the 25 Point Systems team in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing customer onboarding, billing and database management.
Currently located in the company’s headquarters in South Florida, Karina serves as a liaison between its associates in the field in the U.S., Mexico and Asia.
Khor had 13 years of corporate experience, with a multi-national company and then a local conglomerate, in Malaysia before starting his consulting practice in 2001.
He gained valuable experience in alternative distributions, rising market sophistication, increasing regulation, the dramatic development of Takaful sub sector and the general globalization of the business during that phase of his career.
During the period 2008 – 2014, Khor was appointed the Director of LIMRA and LOMA for South Asia covering Brunei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore and Sri Lanka. In this capacity, Khor achieved significant success in the multi-cultural environment when revenue grew over 110% during his tenure despite the effect of GFC and regional H1N1 influenza.
Currently Khor provides dedicated services to clients (both conventional life insurance and Family Takaful) in the Southeast Asia region with a special focus on distribution effectiveness. Well versed with current market development and needs, Khor is trusted by clients to provide advice and facilitate interventions that have real-world implications.
Khor was a founding Board Member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM), a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional development of financial services industry in Malaysia. Khor speaks English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
Jon Kia joined the 25 Point Systems team in 2020 and is presently serving as the Marketing Consultant of Car25, North America (a subsidiary of the organization).
John oversees and supports several additional functions of the organization including marketing strategy and graphic design-related initiatives. Throughout his career, Jon has been heavily involved in the domestic and global insurance association space with roles focused on training and development, business development, creative and virtual conference production. He possesses a strong understanding of the financial services profession and is thankful to those who work so diligently to ensure the financial security of their clients.
Josie Bolado is a foreign language teacher (CELE-UNAM) and has a diploma on Applied Linguistics (ALAD-UNAM).
Josie has worked as a scientific paper translator for 35 years at the Faculty of Medicine at UNAM. She is now working for Tier 25 as the Executive Assistant in Mexico City to John Baier, the founder of the 25 Point Systems.

Grace C. Olores started her insurance career as an agent, and eventually as an agency leader. Three years, later, she was asked by her company, Sun Life of Canada, Philippines, to join the head office, with an assignment of expanding branch operations throughout the Philippines.
This started the expansion of the Company to different parts of the country outside the National Capital Region. She was later tasked to start several initiatives, namely, Compliance Department, Call Center, Worksite Marketing, a department handling orphaned cases, and alternative marketing initiatives. After retirement, Grace established her own insurance brokerage and started facilitating for GAMA, Philippines , which she still does up to this day.
Joseph had 25 years of business experience before joining the financial and life insurance sector in 2010.
His commercial experience spanned across manufacturing & export, convenience shopping and petrol retail.
In the life insurance sector, Joseph excels as a manager in building his team and improving productivity constantly. His team currently operates in multiple cities in the country.
